About RTT Hypnotherapy

If you’ve been carrying something for too long - a belief, a fear, a feeling, a pattern you can’t shake - RTT is here to help you release it.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a powerful therapeutic process that gets to the root of the issue - quickly and effectively.
Instead of just talking about the problem, RTT helps you uncover where it began, understand why it’s there, and transform it on a deep, subconscious level.

It’s not about fixing you - because you’re not broken.
It’s about helping you remember your strength, rewrite outdated patterns, and finally feel some peace.

In an RTT session, you’ll enter a relaxed state of awareness (yes, hypnosis - but not like the stage shows!) where you can access the deeper layers of your mind.
This is where old beliefs live - and where real change begins.

Clients often say things like:
“That was more powerful than years of therapy,”
or
“I didn’t expect it to feel that clear, that fast.”

If you’re ready to understand why you feel the way you do - and finally shift it - RTT might be the approach you’ve been waiting for.

About Nancy

Intuitive Guide. Holistic Artist.

I help people find their way back to themselves, with compassion, humour, honesty, and a toolkit assembled from decades of lived experience, extensive training, and hard-won victories. I’m Nancy, and I work with the body, mind, and spirit to bring people home to themselves.

Through Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), custom aromatherapy, and holistic lifestyle coaching, I support the unraveling of stuck stories, emotional overload, hormonal chaos, and spiritual disconnection. If you’re ready for real healing — raw, sacred, and grounded — we’ll get along just fine. I'm here to help if you're burned out on band-aids and done with short-term fixes on a long road to nowhere.

I’ve been where you are - through the depths of grief, wild health spirals, and heartbreaks that split me wide open. This practice was forged in that fire. I’m here to show you what’s possible when you begin to trust yourself again and start listening to your body, mind, and soul like they’re sacred. Because they are.

I was born Nancy Hall III - the black sheep of the family and the light of every room. My people didn’t always get me, but they sure did love me. Nicknamed “Prancy Pony” for my dancing, high vibes, and general sparkle, I was always chasing joy, making art, and stirring up a little mischief. By the time I was a teen, I’d already started to see the dangers of processed food and was gently (or not so gently) challenging everyone around me to care about wellness. After high school, while everyone else was getting serious, I was eyeing the globe and whispering, “anywhere but here.” The farthest place from Winnipeg? Tasmania, Australia - so that’s where I went, to explore life beyond my roots. All I can tell you about that is that within Ayers rock is portal to original creation. Also in those days you could bring your own wine at $1/litre to the restaurant with you and get hammered on shrimp and avocado, and hope there are no spiders in the bedding. Yikes, ok? When I came home, I gave university a three-week trial (hard pass), and bolted to the bush. Living at West Hawk Lake, the life altering shifts were underway. During a storm the t.v. cable became disconnected during an episode of the simpsons. I looked around at my life that night and decided I didn't care enough about it. I wanted art, music, dancing and passion. I wanted to think for myself and I did. I haven't paid a cable bill since. I quit tv in 1993 and went nearly 20 years without much interest in it all. I watched as the media culture of the 70's and 80's, the innocence and romance that it was (lets face it, i was a kid, so that meant muppets and love boat and fantasy island and flintstones) morphed into a meaner, dirtier tone, selling division and delivering heavy violent crap. I worried for you all, getting caught up in the filth of it, and looked away, towards the setting sun... In Vancouver I lived with my brilliant stoner-inventor dad and soaked up the best of the west coast 90s. In time, with my bestie Bruce, my furry funny guardian, I found myself in Haida Gwaii. There are too many stories of those days gone by to tell here, it was a spiritual rebirth and soul remission occurance, on the daily. This was my entrepreneurial launch, with a floating café called Serendipity and then Sugar Mama's. Here I had a good taste of tribal freedom, squatting on North Beach, drumming by firelight, eating mushrooms straight from the earth, and living in rhythm with the tides. The townies said 'they washed ashore in 94, and haven't washed since." Eventually, I needed to dry out. I returned to Manitoba and settled in a log cabin in the Whiteshell, living off-grid, studying aromatherapy by firelight, and devouring herbology and soaking up teachings of Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, and shamanic practices - all pre-Internet, with books and paper and pencil in hand. But more than those resources, I had the plants. A whole forrest of Plant Allys, as far as the nose can smell. And it was love~ In 2005, I co-created Hollow Reed Holistic — Winnipeg’s best next-level aromatherapy apothecary. For 16 years, I served thousands with handcrafted medicine, botanical elixirs, and deep care. My work has been featured in print, radio, TV, and galleries - praised by herbalists, knowledge carriers, and doctors alike. I taught workshops, spoke at festivals, universities, and even government institutions. And i did good... After the birth of my son, things got hormonally unpredictable, and the pressures of running what had become a bit of a beastie corporate entity led to a soul-level breakdown. And it was 2020. The lockdowns, the grief of watching both my Dad and step Dad die slow deaths, a crumbling marriage and social disgrace - it all came tumbling down around me. I stepped out of bricks and mortar, let the tower fall, and began rebuilding from the rubble of what was once a beautiful dream. I did it the only way I knew how: naturally, intuitively, spiritually. With oils, rituals, elders, therapists, and my own fierce will to live. Hypnotherapy changed everything - fast and deep. It cleared what years of talking couldn’t. That’s why I offer it now, alongside my lifetime of knowledge in plant medicine and holistic healing. I believe we no longer have time for slow healing. It’s rapid o’clock — and I’m living proof that it’s worth it. In 2023, I legally renamed myself Violet Nancy Hall, the name that my parents accidentally didn't give me. Nancy Hall the third, after my auntie and my great auntie, “Violet” for the violet flame of transformation, and in honour of my great-grandmother, who walks with me in spirit. I am known by the ancestors of the land where i was born as 'Saakaaki, Waasizi Ozhaawashko Wabigwan - Shining Blue Flower, Whole in the Ground.' At your service~

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Soul ReMission?
A holistic healing method that combines RTT, aromatherapy, lifestyle coaching, and seasonal energetics to help you reset, heal, and realign—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What is RTT?

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a powerful form of hypnotherapy that helps you access the subconscious mind to uncover and rewire the root of  behavioural patterns. It blends hypnosis, NLP, and therapeutic inner child work, allowing you to release outdated beliefs and reconnect with who you truly are. One session can create lasting change.

I’m afraid to be hypnotized. What if I don’t wake up or reveal something I don’t want to see or talk about?
Totally valid fear - and here’s the truth: hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state you move through every day (like when you’re driving or daydreaming). You are always in control. You can’t get stuck, and you won’t say or do anything you don’t want to. RTT simply helps you access what’s already in your subconscious - so you can understand it, shift it, and feel more like you again.

What makes your work different?
Decades of lived experience, holistic wisdom, and a deep ability to listen. This isn’t wellness theater—it’s real healing.

Are there any situations where RTT wouldn’t be recommended?

While RTT is a safe and supportive modality for many people, there are a few exceptions.
I do not offer RTT to individuals who have a diagnosis of epilepsy or who are currently experiencing psychosis (including active hallucinations, delusions, or a break from reality).

Are payment plans available?
Yes, for 3 and 12 month packages.

What if I’m not sure which package to choose?
Let’s talk. A 15-minute clarity call is free.
